My name is Helen Ram and I am an experienced secretary/receptionist with the qualification of RSA III standard and over 20 years’ experience of audio/copy typing within non-legal and legal businesses. I have strong experience of transcription service within various professional business fields and have done many transcription jobs.
I have a general knowledge of windows applications which include Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.

I am a fully experienced transcriptionist with over 30 years of transcribing professionally digitally dictated work which cover singular "one-to-one" digitally recorded dictations. The areas I have experience of, are a wide range of professions from both legal and non-legal areas (a CV can be provided on request). Transcription formats have ranged from Phillips Transcription, Olympus Transcription, Big Hand and others that I have had experience with. The transcription software I use can convert most digital audio files which enables me to carry out the work received.
