Hi, I'm Helen Ram,
I'm a fully experienced transcriptionist with over 30 years of transcribing professionally digitally dictated work which covers singular "one-to-one" digitally recorded dictations. The areas I have experience of, are a wide range of professions from both legal and non-legal areas.​ Transcription formats have ranged from Phillips Transcription, Olympus Transcription, Big Hand and others that I have had experience with. The transcription software I use can convert most digital audio files which enables me to carry out the work received.
I offer a "one-to-one" approach rather than having to go through a Receptionist first, which can be frustrating. By adopting this approach, it is more personal but also helps me to get to know you and your work better. I complete all work received within 24 to 48 hours depending on priority.
The main focus is to ensure that you receive a first-class transcription service approach to any dictation work received that needs to be completed in a timely manner. This includes ensuring that all work is free from spelling errors and also grammatically correct where needed before being returned to you.
